The Trustees for both charities are the same and meet every 3 months to discuss applications. The meetings are usually held in January, April, July and October.
Most grants to organisations are made for a specific project identified by the Trustees and are thus restricted to use for that purpose. The Trustees also like to be kept informed of progress of the cause supported.
The Charities have their own funds endowed by the Gibbons Family. They do not undertake any fundraising activities and do not have any volunteer workers.
